The seller is Leyrer Handels UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bartningstraße 12, 64289 Darmstadt, Deutschland, Geschäftsführer Sören Leyrer, register Amtsgericht Darmstadt, HRB 102763.

The offers are addressed to consumers and to businesses in Europe. The basket shows building-brick sets at the stated prices in euro, incl. VAT. Shipping across Europe is free shipping.

The contract is formed when payment at PayPal is complete. Until then the order remains a draft in your browser. We do not store the contract text in an archive of our own. The details sit in your PayPal activity and on these pages.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 working days after payment, and usually 5–10 working days to other European countries. For the rest of Europe we do not name a fixed Christmas date. We do not promise a particular parcel service. For consumer orders, risk passes when the goods are handed to you.

Statutory rules on defects apply. The right of withdrawal for consumers is 14 days, as described on the withdrawal page. You bear the cost of the return where we have told you so, which we do here.

For consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory rules of their country of residence remain untouched. Otherwise the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Darmstadt.
